Yes. Purlieu supports purchase orders from creation through delivery, including the complex purchasing scenarios common in commercial interiors. Approved quote lines can flow into purchase orders, orders can be split across multiple shipments, and products can be routed between vendors when additional processing is required; for example, sending COM fabric to a furniture manufacturer or finishing partner before the completed product ships to its final destination or shipping to a warehouse or installer instead of the installation location. Purlieu keeps vendor communication, documents, shipment updates, tracking, and delivery information connected to the order, giving your team one place to manage the entire purchasing process.

Yes, but your team stays in control. Through the Vendor Portal, vendors can respond to designated requests for pricing, specification details, shipment information, tracking, and other information your team needs. Vendors only see the information intentionally shared with them, they do not have access to your internal project data, quotes, or purchase orders. Their responses are returned to your team for review and comparison before accepted changes are applied, keeping vendor input close to the source while preserving internal control and human accountability.

Purlieu helps keep your company’s knowledge with the company, not just with individual employees. Project details, contacts, documents, decisions, activity, schedules, responsibilities, quotes, orders, and vendor communication stay connected to the project. Standardized templates and workflows also preserve how your best people run projects, so the process doesn’t leave when they do. When a project needs to be reassigned, the next person can quickly understand where it stands, what needs to happen next, and access the information they need to keep it moving, helping protect both your team and your customer experience.

Start by requesting a demo. You’ll meet with a member of our team who will learn about your business, the types and volume of projects you manage, and how your teams work today. From there, we’ll explore Purlieu together and walk through how your current workflows could operate within the platform. You’ll have a dedicated project manager to guide your team through onboarding. We typically begin with your key administrative users to configure Purlieu around the way your organization wants to work, including fields, options, workflows, templates, and other foundational settings. Existing data such as accounts, vendors, and specifications can also be imported to help establish your environment. Once the foundation is in place, we’ll create your additional users and train your team before you begin running live projects through the platform.

For most teams, we recommend finishing active projects in their current systems and starting new projects in Purlieu. This creates a clean transition without forcing your team to recreate large amounts of work already underway. As new projects begin, they enter the standardized Purlieu workflow from the start, allowing your team to transition naturally while older projects are completed in the systems where they began.

Yes. Purlieu is hosted on Microsoft Azure and is built with security as a core part of the platform. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with continuous monitoring and multi-layered infrastructure security designed to protect your company and project information.

No. Purlieu does not sell your data. Your company and project information is there to support your use of the platform, not to be sold to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
